My guilty pleasure
We all have that ‘go to’ snack - sometimes late at night. This is mine.
Kimchi Ramyeon 김치라면
With the addition of the following:
green onion (chopped)
vegetables (usually a chopped chili, water chesnut, broccoli, green beans…or whatever I have on hand)
some nori (seaweed) pieces
a healthy addition of kimchi
sesame seeds sprinkled on top, and a light drizzle of sesame oil
I add a bunch of vegetables to tell myself it really isn’t that bad for me. 😹What is your guilty pleasure? What do you add to your ramyeon?
